We specialise in providing expertise led and highly personalised support for learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autistic spectrum conditions and challanging behaviour.

Our services are person-centred, locally based and of the highest quality, supporting people that have a range of needs which require intensive support.

We use our expertise and experience to provide in-depth assessment and training services tailored to each individuals unique requirements.

    Service Coordinators

    Every person will have their own service coordinator who provides a consistent, single point of contact for them, their families and the people who matter to them.

    Shine Care's service coordinators will:

  • • Build positive, trusting relationships, empowering individuals and ensuring their right to plan, choose and control their own life and support.
  • • Build the fullest possible picture of the person and their needs, wishes and aspirations.
  • • Ensure the person is central to the planning process by tailoring each step to allow their fullest possible understanding, always seeking and confirming a correct understanding in what matters to the person.
  • • Support positive risk taking.
  • • Act as a bridge to family, friends and the community, drawing upon normal day to day resources to identify, understand and develop practical, non-service solutions.
  • • Coordinate health and social care follow up.
  • • Review progress towards outcomes, changing support needs and planning for the future.
